    List of Ingredients

    Dough
    1 1/2 cups warm water
    2 tablespoons butter softened
    1/2 cup honey
    2 cups bread flour
    1 2/3 cups wheat flour
    1 tablespoon cocoa
    1 tablespoon granulated sugar
    2 teaspoons instant coffee
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
    Color
    1/4 cup water
    75 drops of red
    45 drops of blue
30 drops of yellow food coloring
    Cornmeal for dusting

    Recipe

Combine flour, cocoa, sugar, coffee and salt in large bowl. Make a well pour warm water into well. Add butter, honey and yeast - combine food coloring drops with 1/4 cup water, add to well.
Slowly mix the ingredients with spoon, drawing dry ingredients into wet. When you can handle the dough, begin to combine it by hand. Knead for 10 minutes - until smooth and a consistent color. Put dough in bowl and cover for an hour in a warm place allowing it to rise.
Dough will be double in size. Punch it down and divide into 8 even portions. Sprinkle loaves with cornmeal and put on a cookie sheet. Cover cookie sheet with plastic wrap and let dough rise 1 hour more in a warm location.
Bake for 20 to 24 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Of course, serve with "real" butter!
