    List of Ingredients




    2 oz. Light Rum
    1/2 oz. Contreau
    1/2 oz. lime juice
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. sugar
    Mint sprigs

    Recipe



    Combine rum, Contreau, lime juice, egg white and sugar in cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
