    Quick ans simple cookie!

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups Bisquick
    2 small pkgs. instant pudding mix (pistachio)
    1/2 cup cooking oil
    2 eggs
    Sugar

    Recipe



    Combine ingredients and mix until dough forms a ball. Shape into balls and roll each one is sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheet and flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.


    *** During holidays you can roll the cookies in green sugar sprinkles for a festive touch.
