This is a classic dish made by my grandma for any special occasion!
List of Ingredients
3 cups fresh blueberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 cup cold butterRecipe
Place berries in a 2 quart square baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and salt. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over blueberries. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown and blueberries are tender. Serve warm.
