Grilled Catfish with Dijon Sauce

Recipe Introduction
If you prefer broiled fish you can place the catfish fillets on a rack in a broiler pan and broil 5 1/2 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
List of Ingredients
4 8 oz. farm-raised catfish fillets
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garnish:lemon twists
Dijon Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Recipe
Rinse fillets with cold water and pat dry. Combine butter, lemon pepper seasoning and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl; stir well. Brush butter mixture over fillets. Grill fillets, covered, over medium-hot coals for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove fillets to a serving platter. Garnish is desired. Serve immediately with warm Dijon Sauce.
Dijon Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; cook ovr medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thoroughly heated.
