    Coat your grill basket with cooking spray to prevent the fish from sticking to the basket or the grill.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    2 tbsp. dry sherry
    2 tbsp. soy sauce
    4 6 oz. salmon steaks, 1 inch thick

    Recipe



    Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until sugar dissolves. Place steaks in a large shallow dish. Pour marinade mixture over steaks; cover and marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes, turning once. Drain steaks, reserving marinade. Grill, covered, over medium-hot coals for 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes when tested with a fork, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
