    Great marinade for any cut of steak! Works wonders on T-bones!

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp. black pepper
    2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place steak in marinade and cover. Chill for at least 3 hours.
