MMMMMM!!! This is one heck of a chicken finger! Do chickens have fingers??? :)
List of Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray
1 cup cornflakes crumbs
1 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/3 cup buttermilk ranch salad dressing
1 tbsp. water
3/4 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size strip

Coat a 15x10x1 inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside. Combine cornflake crumbs, parsley, salt and black pepper. Stir together salad dressing and water. Dip chicken strips into the dressing mixture, allowing excess to drip off; dip into crumb mixture to coat. Arrange strips in prepared pan. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve strips with more salad dressing.
