    • 1 ripe peach (about 1/2 lb.), peeled and sliced
    • 1 to 1 1/2 cups chilled late-harvest Gewurztraminer or late-harvest Johannisberg Reisling wine


    Instructions


    1. Divide peach slices among 4-5 chilled wine glasses; Fill glasses with wine.
