**Beer Bread**
A wonderful, quick, no-yeast bread!
List of Ingredients
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 2 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup canned chopped green chilies
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margerine, melted
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, beer, cheese and chilies.
- Pour batter into a lightly sprayed loaf pan; Be sure to fill corners.
- Melt butter and pour over top of loaf.
- Bake at 350* for 50-60 minutes.
