    **Lilies**

    These are fun to make and pretty for Easter!


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 eggs
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 pinch of salt


    Instructions


    1. Beat eggs; Add rest of ingredients and beat well.
    2. Drop by tsp. full on lightly greased baking sheet.
    3. Bake 5 minutes at 375*;
    4. As soon as you remove the round sponge cakes from oven, while still warm, fold over into a cone shape and hold in place with a toothpick.
    5. When completely cooled, fill centers with whipped cream;
    6. Add a thin strip of fresh or canned peach to make it look like a lily.
