    I love veal and this is a simple, quick recipe!


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 veal scallops, pounded thin (about 1/8-inch thick)
    • salt
    • freshly ground black pepper
    • flour
    • 3 Tbsp. butter or margerine
    • 1 garlic clove, crushed
    • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
    • 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms


    Instructions


    1. Salt and pepper veal and dredge in flour. Melt butter or margerine in skillet and brown garlic and mushrooms.
    2. Add veal, cooking over medium heat until brown. Remove veal to shallow baking dish.
    3. Add Marsala wine and bring to boil. Simmer approximately 2 minutes to blend flavors.
    4. Pour wine-mushroom sauce over veal. Cover pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
