**1/2 Sour Pickles**
This recipe is from my Dad, "The Running Chef" as he calls himself! They are crisp and garlicky!
List of Ingredients
- Pickiling cucumbers to fill a 1/2 gallon jar (8-10)
- 8-10 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. pickling salt
- 1-1/2 tsp. pickling spice
- 2 cups warm water
Instructions
- Scrub cucumbers under cold water. Pack tightly in jar.
- Mix water, garlic, pickling salt and pickling spice.
- Stir well and pour over cukes.
- Add additional warm water, if needed, to fill jar.
- Cover and refrigerate 4 to 5 days.
