**Broccoli Puff**

This recipe comes from my Aunt Bev in Rhode Island!





List of Ingredients



• 2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
  
• 1 cup Bisquick
  
• 1 cup milk
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1/2 tsp. salt
  
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  






Instructions



1. Butter 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.
   
2. Cook broccoli as directed on package.
   
3. In large bowl, beat Bisquick, salt, eggs, and milk together.
   
4. Stir in broccoli and cheese.
   
5. Place in casserole dish and bake at 325* for 1 hour.
