    Easy Pickled Radishes

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 quart champagne vinegar
    • 1 cup white sugar
    • 1/4 cup pickling spices
    • 2 cloves smashed garlic
    • 2 stems fresh fennel or 2 tablespoons dried
    • 4 bunches radishes, washed, halved or quartered


    Instructions


    1. Place prepared radishes in large, deep dish.
    2. In a large saucepan combine the remainder of the ingredients. Stir gently as you bring the mixture to a full boil.
    3. Carefully pour the mixture of the radishes in the large dish to completely cover and immerse the radishes.
    4. Quickly seal the dish with plastic wrap and set dish aside to allow the radishes to cool.
    5. Once the radishes are completely cool, they are ready to serve.
    6. Drain radishes and serve with toothpicks.


    Final Comments


    Sweet and spicy... Great as an hors d'ouevre or appetizer.
