    Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle

    List of Ingredients


    • two prepared boxes of gingerbread
    • one large box vanilla pudding - prepared
    • one large can pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
    • one large container Cool Whip
    • 1/3 cup brown sugar
    • half a dozen crumbled ginger snaps for topping


    Instructions


    1. Break first prepared pan of gingerbread into medium cubes and place in a single layer in the bottom of a trifle bowl.
    2. Stir together the prepared vanilla pudding, can of pumpkin puree, and brown sugar. Spread half of the mixture on top of the gingerbread cubes.
    3. Spread half of the Cool Whip on top of the pumpkin layer.
    4. Repeat gingerbread and pumpkin layers, ending with a layer of Cool Whip.
    5. Sprinkle crumbled gingersnaps on top.
    6. Chill several hours or overnight before serving.
