    Sesame-Grilled Asparagus

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb of asparagus

    2 tbsp of sesame oil ( I used 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 Tbsp of light olive oil)

    1 Tbsp of soy sauce ( I used low sodium soy sauce)

    1 clove of garlic ( I probably used double this, I love garlic)

    2 tbsp of sesame seeds ( I used 1 tablespoon)

    Salt and Pepper

    Recipe



    Spear five or more asparagus stalks together side by side like a "Huck Finn" raft. Combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, and garlic, stir and brush the mixture on both sides of the asparagus raft. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Grill over direct heat for 2-4 minutes, until brown on both sides.
