    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup flour
    3 Tbs. hot sauce (I use Frank's Red Hot)
    3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, diced
    1/4 cup margarine
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1/2 cup hot sauce
    1 (12 oz) beer (I use Rolling Rock)
    1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans
    1 Tbs. real mayonaise

    Recipe



    Combine flour, 3 Tbs. hot sauce and chicken. Let sit 5 minutes. Brown in margarine. Add celery, 1/2 cup hot sauce, beer, beans and mayonaise. Simmer 10-15 minutes until thickened.

    Can be served with a dollop of sour cream and chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese.
