    1 (8-9 INCH) GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMB CRUST
    1 (14 OUNCE) CAN EAGLE BRAND SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
    1/2 CUP LEMON JUICE
    FEW DROPS YELLOW FOOD COLORING
    3 EGG WHITES
    1/4 TEASP. CREAM OF TARTER
    WHIPPED CREAM OF COOLWHIP
    LEMON SLICES OPTIONAL

    IN A MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK, LEMON JUICE AND FOOD COLORING; MIX WELL. IN A SMALL BOWL BEAT EGG WHITES WITH CREAM OF TARTER UNTIL STIFF BUT NOT DRY. GENTELY FOLD INTO CONDENSED MILK MIXTURE. TURE INTO CRUST. CHILL 3 HOURS OR UNTIL SET. GARNISH WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND LEMON SLICES, IF DESIRED. REFRIGERATE LEFTOVERS.........
