2 c. seedless watermelon cubes
1 c. tomatoes
Fresh basil
Red wine vinegar
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine 2 cups seedless watermelon cubes, 1 cup cubed tomatoes and a few tablespoons chopped fresh basil.
Toss with a little red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Add crumbled feta and toasted sliced almonds to turn it into a meal.
