List of Ingredients
- Hot banana and jalepeno pepper rings (enough to fill pint
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- one black olive
- one garlic clove
- about one T. vegetable oil (add to jar later)
- 1/2 vinegar, 1/2 water boiled mixture
Instructions
- Clean and prepare pepper rings. Use rubber gloves
- Pack rings into pint jar with all ingredients but oil and water/vinegar bath
- Boil water and vinegar. Pour over pepper rings in jar. Let set awhile. Pour back into pan and reboil
- Prepare jar lids.
- Pour boiling water/vinegar into jar again, add oil and seal.
