    Bean Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can green beans, drained (one pint or about 16-19 oz.)
    • 1 can yellow or wax beans drained (same amount)
    • 1 regular sized can kidney beans, drained
    • one green pepper, chopped
    • one onion, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Cook 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, and 2/3 cup vinegar.

    2. Bring to boil, remove from stove and add 1/3 cup oil.

    3. cool and mix with beans.

    4. Let set 8 hours or overnight.
