    Four Cheese Crab Quiche

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
    1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
    4 eggs
    1 pint half & half (you can substitute milk)
    1/2 cup cubed zucchini or broccoli
    1 cup shredded crab meat
    Pinch of salt
    1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper
    Pinch of cayenne pepper
    Pinch of nutmeg

    Combine eggs, half & half, and seasoning.

    Whisk for 1 minute. Put cheeses, vegetable, and crab into greased pie pan. Pour egg mixture over filling.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out dry
