    Yummy cake--one of Peter's favorites

    List of Ingredients




    1 white cake mix (not pudding type)
    1/2 cup salad oil
    6 Tablespoons creme de menthe
    1 jar hot fudge topping (not chocolate syrup)
    8 oz. cool whip

    Recipe



    Prepare cake as directed and add additional salad oil and 3 T. creme de menthe. Bake in 9"x13" greased pan as directed by cake mix. (Cake will be thin and fall) Cool. Spread with the fudge topping. Mix 3 T. creme de menthe with the cool whip and spread over fudge topping. Refrigerate. May be frozen.
