Recipe Introduction
Taken from a much-used local cookbook from local people. Altered to fit our family's tastes.
List of Ingredients
1 (1-lb.) can Veg-all, drained (may substitute any mixed veggies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise (have used any brand)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/4 cup chopped onion (may use more if you like)
1/4 cup chopped celery (optional)
Ritz crackers
1 Tbs. margarineRecipe
Mix above ingredients and pour into casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Top with 20 crushed Ritz crackers which have been tossed with 1 Tbs. margarine and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
