    Cake-Butterscotch Almond Cake

    List of Ingredients



    1 yellow cake mix
    1 can "Thank You" brand butterscotch pudding
    2 eggs


    Recipe

    Mix ingredients together and beat with electric mixer for two minutes. Pour into greased 9 x 13" pan.
    Sprinkle the following on batter:

    1 cup (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
    1 small pkg. (5 oz.) sliced almonds
    3 Tbsp. sugar

    Bake 35 minutes at 350*.

    (I suppose if you can't find "Thank You" brand pudding in a can, you could probably mix up an instant package of butterscotch pudding according to the directions and use it as a substitute.)
