    Source of Recipe

From a friend who snagged it off a Hershey's Cocoa Label
--This stuff is GOOD!! Chocolatey rich and creamy. Excellant for that CERTAIN craving! It makes 12 normal person servings or 3 large chocoholics servings .....ahhhhh make that 3 large servings for a single chocoholic ...GRIN .....or married whichever the case ....did I mention that this recipe is CHEESEY-CAKE??!!?!!? ....I hear you thinking.."OK! OK! I got it, enough already." .....HEE HEE

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/4 C sugar

1 8oz container dairy sour cream

    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    1/2 C HERSHEY's cocoa (of course)

    2 TABLEspoons all-purpose flour

    3 eggs

    Chocolate Drizzle (recipes follows)

    Recipe

    1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

    2. Prepare Crumb Crust by combining
1 C chcoclate wafer crumbs and
    1/4 C (1/2 stick) butter or margarine;
press onto a bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, it makes 1 9-inch crust. No springform pan? ....then use a deep dish piepan 9-inch.

    3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until blended. Add sour cream and vanilla; beat again until blended. Follow with the cocoa and flour, beat some more. Add eggs, one at a time; beat just UNTIL blended. Pour into crust.

    4. Bake 10 minutes. NOW REDUCE OVEN TEMPERATURE TO 250°F; and continue to bake it for 40 more minutes. Remove from oven to wire rack. With knife, loosen cake from pan sides. Cool completely; remove side of pan.**if NOT using springform pan skip the side removal step**

    5. When the cake cools prepare the Chocolate Drizzle by placing
    1/2 C Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and
2 teaspoons SHORTENING (not butter or margarine or spread or oil, shortening only)
in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 30 seconds. If necessary, , microwave again at HIGH an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until the chips are melted. Drizzle over the cooled cake ..........enjoy with coffee, right after dinner settles.....UMMMMMMM UMMMMM!!
