Cake-Filled:Fruit Cocktail Poke Cake

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil(wesson)
1 can fruit cocktail juice and all
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
pinch salt

mix all together and pour into 9x13 greased baking dish.
bake 350 35/40 mins.
FROSTING:
1 1/2 cup sugar
stick butter
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut
bring to boil and cook stirring til thickens
remove from heat and add nuts and coconut.
poke holes in cake with a fork and pour hot frosting over cake. enjoy!
