    Cake-Filled:Janet's Pina Colada Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 Pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
    1 Lrg. Can Pineapple
    1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    1 Can Cream of Coconut (sold where alcoholic drink mixes usually are)
    1 Container Cool Whip
    3/4 of the bag of Coconut
    1 Cup chopped Walnuts (I used pecans)


    Recipe

    Prepare cake mix as directed on the pkg. Bake in a 9x13 glass casserole dish. While cake is baking, combine cream of coconut and condensed milk and mix well. After cake is baked and while it is still hot (very important), punch holes in the cake with the handle of a wooden spoon all over the cake. Pour mixture over cake and crushed pineapple with juice. Allow cake to get very cold in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. When cake is cold, mix the walnuts with most of the cool whip and the coconut and ice top of cake and sprinkle with coconut
