    Cake-Key Lime

    List of Ingredients










    ---For the cake---
    1 box lemon cake mix
    1 (3 3/8 ounce) package instant lemon pudding
    1 cup egg substitute
    1 cup applesauce
    3/4 cup water
    1/4 cup key lime juice

    ---For the glaze---
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 tablespoon water
    1/4 cup key lime juice





    Recipe


    1. For the cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 10" bundt pan with non stick cooking spray.
    2. For the cake, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    3. Beat at meedium speed for 2 minutes.
    4. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes (toothpick should come out clean).
    5. Cool in pan for 25 minutes.
    6. Poke hole into top of cake with a long tined fork.
    7. For the glaze: Combine all glaze ingredients and mix well with whisk.
    8. Pour over warm cake.
    9. Cool completely.
    10. Invert onto serving plate and dust with powdered sugar.

    YIELD: 12 Servings
