    Cake-Filled:Lemon Poke Cake

    List of Ingredients

    Lemon poke cake
    1 lemon cake mix
    3 oz lemon jello - instant
    3/4 cup oil
    3/4 cup water
    4 eggs


    Glaze- 2 cups powdered sugar
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1 tsp fine lemon zest
    2 tbsp melted butter
    2 tbsp water


    Spoon on top of warm cake.


    Recipe

    Mix everything. Bake in ungreased 9x13 at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes. While cake is hot, poke holes in top with fork.
