List of Ingredients


3 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp cloves/ginger/allspice
1 tsp baking soda




Recipe

Grease cookie sheet. Place wax paper in pan. Grease paper, mix above ingredients and pour on prepared wax paper cookie sheet. Bake @ 375º for 15 minutes. Turn out on powdered sugar towel immediately. Use powdered sugar on a tea towel. Take off wax paper. Roll like a jelly roll towel and all. Let cool for about 1 hour. Unroll when cool. Spread with filling. Re-roll and refrigerate.

FILLING:
2 Tbsp butter
8 oz cream cheese, room temp
3/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients and spread on pumpkin roll
