    Pudding-Country Style Corn Pudding

    List of Ingredients

    1 16oz can whole kernal corn, drained
    1 16oz can cream style corn
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4c melted margerine
    1 8-10 oz pkg corn muffin mix
    1c cheddar cheese, grated


    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use an ungreased 9x13 pan. Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Bake 15 min. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 20 minutes longer.
