    BUFFALO STYLE CHICKEN TENDERS

    1 lb. boneless chicken breast (cut into strips)
    1 stick of butter (melted)
    1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
    2 tbsp grape jelly
    1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce (more if you like it hotter)
    1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    Ranch or Blue Cheese salad dressing





    Recipe



    Mix flour, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders together. Rinse chicken strips and coat with the dry mixture. Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a frying pan. Cook chicken thoroughly, but be careful not to overcook. Remove from oil and drain.

    In a separate bowl combine the melted butter, hot sauce, grape jelly, Worcestershire sauce, and the Tabasco sauce. Mix thoroughly. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce. (This can all be done at home before you go to the track.) Then reheat the chicken on the grill for about 2-3 minutes. You can use any remaining sauce to baste them while they are on the grill.

    Serve with the salad dressing as a dip. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to feed your crew. You can also make them hotter by adding more hot sauce and Tabasco sauces. Now that's hot!
