    Angel Food Candy

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup sugar
    1 cup dark karo syrup
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 lb. chocolate almond bark, melted
    1 tablespoon baking soda

    Recipe

    In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup and vinegar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar
    dissolves. Cook without stirring until temperature reaches 300* on candy thermometer. Do not overcook. Remove from
    heat and quickly stir in baking soda. Pour into buttered 13X9 inch pan. Do Not spread. Mixture will not fill pan. Cool then
    break into bite size pieces. Dip into melted chocolate and place on waxed paper to set. Store in tightly covered container.
    Makes 1 1/2 pds.
