    Butterscotch Delight

    List of Ingredients

    (crust)
    2 C. flour
    2 sticks butter melted
    1 C. finely chopped walnuts
    Mix like a pastry. Press flat down in a regular size cake pan and bake on 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool completely
    Fill with 16 oz. cream cheese and 2 C. powdered sugar.
    Pour over crust and chill for 15 minutes.
    Mix 2 boxes butterscotch instant pudding using only 3 C. milk
    Pour over mixture in crust.

    Recipe

    Top with 12 oz cool whip and sprinkle a few crushed walnuts on top to decorate.
