    Twice Baked Potatoes

    List of Ingredients

    6 large potatoes
    1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
    3/4 cup cream or milk
    3 tablespoons crumbled bacon
    3 tablespoons minced onion
    1 tablespoon snipped chives
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups (6 oz) shredded cheese divided

    Recipe

    Bake potatoes at 400* for 60 minutes or until soft. Cut a lengthwise slice from the top of potatoes. Scoop out the pulp and
    place in a bowl. Mash potatoes with butter. Blend in milk and bacon, onion and 1 cup cheese. Refill potato. Top with
    remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
