    2 medium oranges, rinsed
    2 cups sugar
    4 cups pumpkin

    Recipe



    Grate outer layer of orange peels. Set aside/remove and discard inner white membrane of orange. Finely chop pulp to
    make 1 cup. Place grated orange peel, pulp, and any juice in a 3 quart pan. Stir in sugar and pumpkin until blended.
    Bring mixture to boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 25 minutes. Meanwhile sterilize 6 1/2 pint jars. Fill to
    1/2 head space of top. Wipe rim and seal with hot liquid and tighten. Process in boiling water for 15 minutes. Store in
    cool dark place.
