    Pumpkin:Frozen Pumpkin Ice Cream Caramel Surpri

    List of Ingredients



    1 pre-made cookie crumb pie crust - in 8" or 9" pie pan
    1 small jar of Bridgeman`s caramel sauce(or your own sauce)
    1 quart of Bridgeman`s pumpkin ice cream
    1 pint of whipping cream/or can of rediwhip



    Recipe

    1. Smooth caramel sauce about 1/4 inch deep
    across bottom of the pie shell for desired richness.

    2. Spread semi- softened ice cream over the
    caramel sauce to rim of pie edge.

    3. Place pie in freezer `til firm or ready to serve.

    4. When ready to serve - decorate with sweetened whipped cream or spray top with an easy rediwhipped cream for topping.

    5. Optional - drizzle with more caramel or - if you like nuts-sprinkle with chopped pecans for garnish
