    Pumpkin-Pumpkin Gingersnap Pie

    List of Ingredients

    1 C chopped pecans
    1 C chopped gingersnaps
    1 box vanilla pudding (instant)
    1/2 C pumpkin
    1 1/2 C half and hlaf
    1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    3 1/2 C whipped topping
    1 graham cracker pie crust

    Recipe

    Pour half and half into a bowl and add pudding mix. Blend. Fold in whipped topping, pecans, gingersnaps, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Spoon into crust and freeze. Thaw about 15 minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream and chopped pecans
