    1 lg. can chicken broth
    2 lg.brown baking potatoes
    2 cans creamed corn
    1/2 jar velveeta cheese
    sour cream
    chopped green onion (bottoms)


    Recipe



    Cut potatoes in small bite size pieces
    cook until tender in chicken broth.
    Add creamed corn.
    Add cheese.Simmer a while...
    Serve with glob of sour cream & onions, Serve with some hot, corn tortillas..
    takes only minutes and everyone loves it..the kids beg for it!! I use cilanto with the onions when I can get it...very tasty!
