1 cup butter or Butter Flavored Crisco (or mixture)
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon baking powder
Flour to mix
1/2 tsp. salt if using Crisco
1/2 cup milk

Recipe
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla and milk. Add 3 cups flour and baking powder, then add more flour to form a dough to roll out. Bake at 350 until brown.
