1 1/4 Cup Bisquick® Baking Mix
1/4 Cup Butter, softened
2 Tablespoon Boiling Water
6 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 Cup Half and Half
1 Whole Egg
2 Tablespoon Green Onions, chopped
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 24 small muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
Stir together Bisquick and butter. Add boiling water. Continue stirring until soft dough forms. Press rounded teaspoonful of dough into the bottom and slightly up the sides of each muffin cup. Divide bacon evenly among muffin cups.
Beat half and half and egg. Stir in green onion, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir 1 1/2 teaspoons of egg mixture into each muffin cup. Sprinkle cheese over top of cups. Bake about 20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and centers are set.
