    Brandy-Glazed Pecans

    3 Tablespoons Butter
    1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar, packed
    1 Tablespoon Water
    3 Cups Pecan Halves
    1 Tablespoon Brandy

    Recipe

    Place butter in a 2-quart glass measure; microwave on HIGH 30 seconds, or until melted. Stir in sugar and water. Stirring midway through cooking, microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Stir in pecans. Stirring every 2 minutes, microwave on HIGH 6 to 7 minutes, until lightly roasted.

    Sprinkle brandy over nuts; stir and pour onto parchment paper or foil-lined cookie sheet to cool. Store in covered containers.

    YIELD: 24 (1/8 cup each) servings.
