    1 Envelope Gelatin, unflavored
    1/4 Cup Cold Water
    10 3/4 Oz Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
    8 Oz. Cream Cheese
    3/4 Cup Mayonnaise, or Salad Dressing
    1 Cup Celery, chopped
    1 Small Onion, grated
    3/4 Cup Crabmeat, drained and flaked

    Sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand 1 minute. Heat soup in a large saucepan. Add softened gelatin mixture to soup. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves and mixture is thoroughly heated (do not let mixture boil). Remove from heat.

    Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise, mixing well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add to soup mixture, mixing well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a lightly oiled 4-cup mold; cover and chill until firm.

    Yield: 3 1/2 cups
