    1 Cup + 2 Tbs Water
    3 Cups Bread Flour
    1 1/4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 1/2 Tbs Sugar
    3/4 Teaspoon Salt
    1 1/4 Teaspoon Fast-acting Active Dry Yeast
    3/4 Cup Pimento-stuffed Olives, well drained

    If your bread machine recipes typically call for 2 cups flour, prepare the Regular Loaf recipe. If they typically call for 3 cups flour, prepare the Large Loaf recipe.

    Measure ingredients (except olives) exactly and place in bread machine pan in the order that bread machine manufacturer suggests. Be sure the yeast does not come in contact with the water. Add olives at the time of the raisin/nut beep, or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.

    Select regular (white bread) cycle [do not use delayed time cycle] and start machine according to manufacturer's directions. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack. Serve warm or cool.

    NOTE: This bread is really a taste treat! It is especially good made for sandwiches.
