I developed this recipe when I was 12 years old, and that was a long time ago! It is sooooo good!


List of Ingredients




1 Pkg. Elbow Macaroni
2 Cans Flaked Tunafish
1 Large Jar Kraft Cheez Whiz
1 Jar Stuffed Olives (7 oz) sliced
1 Small Onion, diced


Recipe



Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain thoroughly. Place macaroni, tunafish, sliced olives and diced onions in a large casserole dish.

Put jar of Cheez Whiz with lid off in microwave oven and process on HIGH power for 2 minutes. Pour the cheese over the above casserole and mix thoroughly.

Place lid on casserole dish and cook casserole at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes, or until cheese is hot and bubbly. Serve with salad and crusty garlic bread. A little wine would be nice.

VARIATION: In place of tunafish, use cooked chicken or turkey. Or try a can pink salmon instead. Delicious!
