    1 Cup Flour, sifted
    ½ Cup Chocolate Malted Milk Powder
    ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
    ¼ Teaspoon Salt
    6 Tablespoons Butter
    2 Tablespoons Sugar

    Recipe



    Sift together the first four ingredients. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in dry ingredients with butter and sugar.

    Reserving ¼ cup, press remaining mixture into bottom and 1}" up side of ungreased 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, and bake the reserved ¼ cup crumbs on baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Cool crust and crumbs. Use toasted crumbs to decorate top of the cheesecake.
