    24 Oz Sourdough Bread, round loaf
    1/3 Cup Margarine
    2/3 Cup Red Bell Pepper, or green bell pepper, chopped
    1/3 Cup Celery, chopped
    1/3 Cup Onion, chopped
    16 Oz Velveeta, cubed
    10 Oz Chopped Spinach, cooked, frozen, thawed, drained, squeezed dry
    1/4 Teaspoon Rosemary, leaves, crushed

    Cut slice from top of bread; remove center leaving 1-inch shell. Cut removed bread into bite-size cubes; reserve. Brush insides of bread shell with 3 tablespoons melted margarine. Place on cookie sheet with reserved bread cubes and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Saute peppers, celery and onions in remaining margarine until tender. Add process cheese spread; stir over low heat until process cheese spread is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring constantly.

    Pour cheese mixture into baked bread shell; serve with reserved toasted bread cubes and assorted vegetable dippers.
