1 Lb. Beef Top Round Steak, cut �" thick
1/3 Cup Lime Juice (1 to 2 Limes)
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt (1 to 1 1/2)
� Teaspoon Pepper
4 Flour Tortillas (6" Diameter), warmed
1 Cup Shredded Lettuce
1 Cup Chopped Tomato
� Cup Sliced Green Onions
� Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 Teaspoons Dairy Sour CreamRecipe
Trim excess fat from steak. Pound steak to �-inch thickness. Place steak in plastic bag; sprinkle both sides of steak with lime juice, garlic salt and pepper. Tie bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 6 to 8 hours.
Drain marinate; discard. Broil steak over medium-hot coals 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Carve across the grain into thin slices.
To Serve, place an equal amount of lettuce, tomato, beef strips, onions, cheese and sour cream on each tortilla.
YIELD: 4 servings
NOTE: Steak may also be panbroiled in a heavy, non-stick fry pan over medium-high heat.
